Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of rapport and maintaining professional ethics throughout therapeutic engagements.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate their progress, address any concerns, and guide discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that prioritize the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation, including progress notes, to ensure compliance with organizational policies and facilitate effective care coordination.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to help understand client backgrounds and formulate treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions each week, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet client needs.

• Engage in regular supervision to enhance clinical practice and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving the youth population, providing support in navigating mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and adjustment disorders. Clinicians are expected to implement strategies that empower young clients and their families, fostering resilience and coping skills for life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• Ability to meet organizational criteria for credentialing within various clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals facing substance abuse challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
