Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health issues. Formulate, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Provide individual therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly monitoring and documenting their progress to ensure accountability and fellowship throughout the treatment journey.

• Offer teletherapy options to accommodate clients who prefer remote sessions, thereby widening access to mental health care. Use various digital tools for effective virtual engagement.

• Maintain precise, confidential, and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to meet ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training sessions, workshops, and clinical supervision to expand your knowledge and refine your clinical skills.

Your work will primarily focus on assisting individuals who struggle with a variety of mental health challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues within a compassionate and supportive environment. Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid license in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Hold at least a Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
