Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, and offers flexible working hours primarily between Monday and Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some adjustments based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments for a variety of mental health conditions, establishing rapport and trust with patients through culturally informed approaches.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic interventions suited to the patient's specific cultural context.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on effective techniques that empower clients to address their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate cohesive care plans and support patient outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, remaining composed and effective in high-stress situations to ensure patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families about various mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources tailored to their needs.

• Maintain meticulous, accurate, and confidential documentation in compliance with both legal standards and organizational policies, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development through case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competence training sessions.

• Remain current on the latest research, clinical practices, and cultural competencies in mental health therapy to enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from a recognized institution.

• Current and valid state license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to practice mental health counseling.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, evidenced-based treatment methodologies, and cultural competence in therapy.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy with an emphasis on culturally responsive techniques.

• Proficient crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed during high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
