Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings of clients to accurately evaluate their mental health concerns, using standardized tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address clients’ specific challenges, incorporating diverse therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate engaging and impactful individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients, organizing regular case reviews to discuss client progress.

• Provide ongoing support and education to families, fostering their understanding of mental health issues and promoting a family-centered approach to recovery.
