People Operations Coordinator (HRIS & Onboarding)

Suncoast Post Tension, Ltd. in Houston seeks an experienced HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, maintain HRIS data, and assist HR Business Partners. You will coordinate onboarding/offboarding, audits, payroll changes, and HR reports. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years HR experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS, ATS and MS Office applications.
