HR Operations Specialist: Compliance, Payroll & Onboarding

Addison Group in Cypress, TX is seeking an HR Specialist to move candidates quickly through the hiring process by coordinating drug tests, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements. This role will communicate candidate clearances to field managers and help resolve issues that could delay hiring. You will also process terminations, maintain accurate HRIS records, support weekly payroll, and serve as a link between HR, Payroll, and Operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
