Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the behavioral health needs of students and develop tailored treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver mental health treatment that is culturally competent and appropriate to the developmental stages of children and adolescents.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding treatment plans, progress notes, and communication with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, demonstrating the ability to manage disruptive or assaultive behavior effectively.

• Act as a knowledgeable resource for educational staff regarding behavioral health issues and community resources for socioeconomic support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged youth, ranging from early childhood to adolescence. You will address a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (LICSW) or a related field is required.
