We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our team to setup and run parts to blueprint specifications.

 

What You Will Do:

• Set up new and repeat jobs in an aerospace job shop environment
• Check parts in cycle while filling out inspection reports
• Read blue prints
• Use basic G Code
• Utilize GD&T
• Deburr parts in cycle
• Follow operations on router
• Work with engineering to edit new programs
• Responsible for machine maintenance and upkeep
• Run multiple machines when jobs allow

What You Will Bring:

Our ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:

• Experience of setting up and running 3 and 4 axis vertical CNC Okuma mills
• Knowledge of basic G-Code including reading and editing at machine
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Knowledge of measuring and check parts
• Knowledge of running exotic aerospace materials
• Multitasking
• Self-Directed
