Key duties include:Setup & Operation: Determine requirements from setup sheets and operate machines on first-piece runs to verify accuracy.Technical Execution: Study blueprints and sketches to determine dimensions and tolerances.Tooling & Materials: Select, align, and secure fixtures and cutting tools; load/unload raw materials (up to 50 lbs.).Quality Control: Use micrometers, height gages, and gage blocks to verify work.Problem Solving: Collaborate with engineers and team leaders to resolve machining issues.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of CNC Lathe machining experience is preferred.Technical Skills: Familiarity with GD&T and G&M codes.Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift between 10–50 lbs.Reliability: A quality-oriented mindset with an excellent attendance record.Ready to Level Up Your Career?Apply today and have an updated resume ready for consideration.Have any questions?
