Litigation Partner

Join a well-established Dallas-based law firm seeking a Commercial Litigation Partner to represent healthcare clients in complex business disputes. This role focuses on handling matters involving breach of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, business torts, and other commercial litigation for hospitals, physician groups, surgery centers, and other healthcare providers. Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of business/commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution Represent clients in court, including hearings, depositions, and trial Originate and maintain client relationships, contributing business to the firm Handle litigation matters for the firm's existing client base as needed Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and staffing Qualifications Partner-level experience in business/commercial litigation Strong courtroom presence and trial experience Demonstrated ability to originate business No healthcare litigation experience required — general commercial litigation background is a strong fit Licensed to practice law in Texas Book of business is required (not significant, but some originations) What We Offer The annual salary for this position is between $250,000 and $325,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
