Role Description This full-time SAP Customer Master Data Analyst – SAP Data Migration role is a hybrid position based in India, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The individual in this role will manage and validate customer master data within SAP, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with data governance standards. Day-to-day activities include analyzing existing data, cleansing and standardizing records, preparing migration templates, executing data loads, and performing post-migration checks. The role involves collaborating with functional teams, IT, and business stakeholders to define data requirements, resolve data issues, and support SAP implementation or upgrade projects. The analyst will also document data processes, contribute to continuous improvement of master data management practices, and support audits and reporting related to data quality.\n
Qualifications

• Strong data management capabilities, including Data Management and Master Data skills, with the ability to handle large data sets in SAP.

• Experience in Master Data Management and Data Governance, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and controls throughout data migration activities.
\n
• Advanced Analytical Skills to identify data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions for customer master data.
\n
• Hands-on experience with SAP customer master data objects and tools used for data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
\n
• Attention to detail, structured documentation habits, and familiarity with data quality metrics and reporting.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage deadlines.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; prior experience in SAP data migration or enterprise data projects is highly beneficial.
\n
• Experience with Excel or similar tools for data transformation, and knowledge of basic SQL or other query tools is an advantage.
