Work Environment

As a member of our onsite team, you will work in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility equipped with advanced therapy tools and modalities. You will collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, ensuring an integrated approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and interpret examination findings to assess physical dysfunction and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Establish and implement effective treatment strategies aimed at restoring patient mobility and functionality, taking into account the patient's age, medical history, and specific conditions.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory, licensing, and payer requirements.
• Engage in effective communication with team members regarding patient status, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the patient's care process.
• Provide education and instruction to patients' families and nursing staff on home exercise programs and rehabilitation techniques to optimize recovery.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by keeping equipment and treatment areas clean and well-functioning.
• Adhere strictly to the company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and all relevant professional standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation patients, including individuals recovering from surgeries, accidents, or chronic conditions affecting their musculoskeletal health. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse age groups, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs and ensuring effective recovery processes.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy licensure in good standing in the State of California is required.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• A National Provider Identifier (NPI) is essential for practice.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based exercise protocols and the capacity to create individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience, specifically in orthopedic/sports rehabilitation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient interactions and progress effectively.
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
