Work Environment

This role is primarily based onsite at our rehabilitation facility in Roseville, California. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a well-structured work-life balance while delivering critical health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive and compliant clinical care aligned with best practices and organizational standards, ensuring optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Collaborate with our medical staff and interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to the orthopedic needs of each patient.
• Engage in patient evaluations to assess movement limitations and develop appropriate treatment strategies using a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Contribute to a culture of learning by mentoring students, supporting team members, and conducting educational workshops for professional development.
• Participate in departmental initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and patient experiences, including performance improvement projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in physical therapy advancements, coding best practices, and regulations governing patient documentation to uphold compliance in a revenue cycle framework.

Qualifications

• A current and valid California Physical Therapist License is a mandatory requirement.

Compensation and Benefits
