Work Environment

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our Roseville outpatient clinic, you will work in a supportive and collaborative environment, where you will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and resources. Your schedule will typically be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients suffering from a variety of orthopedic conditions, creating customized treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise regimens, and modalities to facilitate healing and improve strength and mobility.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and proper body mechanics to empower them in their rehabilitation process.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic protocols and state regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and clinic staff to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, offering educational sessions that raise awareness about orthopedic health and injury prevention.
• Support a positive and engaging atmosphere for both patients and staff, fostering a culture of healing and cooperation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse patient population ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals facing chronic pain and those in need of post-operative rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist License issued by the State of California.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent credential.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, based on the individual's experience and qualifications.
