Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their physical capabilities and limitations, utilizing standardized tests and functional evaluations.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, preferences, and rehabilitation goals.
• Execute a wide range of therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Set measurable objectives to track patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment protocols and patient interactions following clinic policies, legal standards, and best practices.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on comprehensive care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients experiencing orthopedic conditions, sports-related injuries, and those recovering from surgical procedures. Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred; however, motivated new graduates with relevant clinical rotations are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in utilizing therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and functional movement assessments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills, capable of creating a strong rapport with patients.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience treating specific orthopedic conditions or post-surgical patients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and treatment tracking.
• Engagement in continuing education and professional development related to physical therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a rich benefits package.
