Full-Time Physical Therapist in Outpatient Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Position Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation team at Burger Physical Therapy, located in the vibrant Roseville area of California. This is a full-time position offering a flexible schedule, allowing for either traditional Monday-to-Friday hours or a condensed four-ten-hour workweek. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your role will include a variety of crucial tasks aimed at promoting patient recovery and mobility. Key responsibilities encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions that include active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, and training for activities of daily living.
• Providing guidance on the use of prosthetics and functional gait training to enhance patient independence.
• Educating patients and their families on care plans, setting realistic goals, and instilling motivation for ongoing rehabilitation efforts.
• Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, maintaining clear communication channels regarding each patient's progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, ranging from post-operative orthopedic patients to those recovering from sports injuries or chronic conditions. Burger Physical Therapy focuses on enhancing the functional capabilities of individuals of all ages, including athletes, seniors, and general patients requiring rehabilitation. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution or the foreign equivalent.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applications from new graduates, candidates with prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings will be given preference. Familiarity with modern rehabilitation techniques and a commitment to continuing education are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
