Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients to create tailored treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals with orthopedic conditions, including pre and post-surgical cases, sports-related injuries, chronic pain management, and mild neurological issues.
• Conduct both land-based and aquatic therapy sessions to improve strength, flexibility, and overall function.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options, self-care strategies, and preventative measures to promote long-term health.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes to support ongoing quality improvement and compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes adolescents, adults, and seniors. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.

Compensation and Benefits
