Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, and limitations, which will form the basis for tailored treatment plans.
• Implement hands-on manual therapy techniques and a variety of therapeutic exercises aimed at improving strength, enhancing mobility, and relieving pain.
• Design and administer specific rehabilitation exercises, closely monitoring each patient's progress and making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies, proper body mechanics, and optimized rehabilitation exercises, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation that complies with regulatory requirements and reflects the evolution of each patient's treatment journey.
• Engage in continuous learning by staying updated on the latest research and advancements in orthopedic physical therapy and sports medicine.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals recovering from surgical interventions, and patients dealing with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This role focuses on providing personalized care plans that address their specific rehabilitation needs while fostering a supportive environment that encourages open communication and trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California state license in Physical Therapy, allowing you to practice within the state.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in orthopedic physical therapy, providing a solid foundation of clinical expertise.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety during therapy sessions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
