Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed Physical Therapy evaluations for patients, including children, to assess their unique needs and abilities.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation results, treatment goals, and progress assessments.
• Document patient care thoroughly using our electronic medical record system, including SOAP notes, progress reports, and care plans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and families about the rehabilitation process, setting realistic expectations, and addressing potential challenges.
• Regularly reassess and modify treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback, aiming for optimal recovery outcomes.
• Meet established productivity targets and contribute to overall business objectives to support clinic operations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive care strategies for patients receiving multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (required), with preference for candidates holding a Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possess a current and valid PT license issued by the state of California, with no restrictions.
• Willingness to conduct both in-person and telehealth sessions, using virtual health platforms when clinically appropriate.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
