Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients by administering various standardized tests to evaluate muscle performance, functional capacity, and overall physical capabilities, identifying any impairments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each patient's specific needs, goals, and physician recommendations, regularly adjusting the approach based on ongoing evaluations and progress.
• Administer therapeutic treatments including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities such as electrical stimulation or ultrasound as indicated.
• Provide education to patients and their families about treatment plans, self-management techniques, and effective home exercise programs to foster independence.
• Consult with other healthcare team members regarding patient care, contributing insights into physical function, rehabilitation protocols, and equipment recommendations.
• Supervise and support the treatment provided by non-professional staff and therapy aides, ensuring quality and consistency in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Firepower Rehab & Therapy Clinic, you will primarily engage with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.

• A clean record free of disciplinary actions or board sanctions.

Compensation and Benefits
