Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate each patient's physical condition, medical history, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific assessment findings, ensuring measurable progress and fostering patient engagement in their recovery.
• Educating patients on their condition and the recovery process, enabling them to understand and commit to the proposed plan of care.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including progressive exercise prescriptions, manual therapy techniques, and patient education to facilitate functional improvements.

Compensation and Benefits
