Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation

Senior Flex Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Roseville, California. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in an onsite rehabilitation facility where you can make a significant impact on our patients' recovery journeys. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and establish individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs.
• Deliver hands-on care utilizing evidence-based techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities that focus on improving functional outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical findings and patient feedback.
• Educate patients on wellness, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs that empower them to take an active role in their recovery process.
• Collaborate closely with referring physicians, physical therapy assistants (PTAs), and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Our patient population ranges from active seniors seeking to maintain their mobility and independence to athletes aiming to return to peak performance. You will be instrumental in guiding them through their rehabilitation process with compassion and effective strategies.

Qualifications

• An active California Physical Therapist License (Required).
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Doctorate or Master's degree is also acceptable).
• Demonstrated clinical reasoning and strong communication skills that facilitate effective interactions with patients and families.
• A genuine passion for patient care, demonstrating qualities such as empathy, patience, and enthusiasm.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a physical therapist, particularly in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Experience with EMR systems for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
