Work Environment

Your workplace will be an outpatient office environment that emphasizes patient comfort and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical status and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and treatment goals.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to ensure compliance with clinic standards and to facilitate continuity of care.
• Provide hands-on rehabilitation services including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Foster effective communication with patients, motivating them to engage actively in their rehabilitation process and adhere to prescribed treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and streamline care processes.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ideally WebPT, for documenting evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay current with industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Sacred Care, you will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic cases, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field from an accredited institution.
• Active California Physical Therapist license in good standing, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in outpatient settings, showcasing your proficiency and passion for hands-on patient care.
• Knowledge and experience in manual therapy techniques, with a readiness to expand your skill set.
