We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Lifestyle Motion Physical Therapy Services, located in beautiful Sacramento, California. This full-time position is ideal for a dedicated professional who is eager to empower patients on their journey to regain mobility and enhance their quality of life. You will play a critical role in the promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation of our diverse patient population in an orthopedic outpatient setting.

Our state-of-the-art facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic equipment to support our patients' recovery. We focus primarily on clients with private medical insurance, ensuring they receive top-notch care tailored to their individual needs. Our team comprises three experienced professionals: two Physical Therapists and a Physical Therapist Assistant, all collaboratively working to enhance patient outcomes.

Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center is a vibrant and supportive environment where innovation meets compassion. You will be working onsite, primarily interacting with patients in a hands-on capacity. This role requires you to maintain a patient load of one individual per hour, allowing you to dedicate time and attention to each patient's unique needs. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and understand the dynamic therapeutic goals of each patient, tailoring your approach accordingly.
• Implement cost-effective treatment methodologies that optimize clients' range of motion and mobility, while reducing reliance on medications.
• Create detailed treatment plans incorporating a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Develop individualized fitness and wellness programs that cater specifically to each patient's requirements.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their therapy, fostering a positive and proactive atmosphere.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of services provided to ensure continuity of care and meet regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient recovery.
• Regularly evaluate patient outcomes, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves individuals in need of orthopedic rehabilitation, typically those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. We emphasize a personalized approach, recognizing that each patient has unique requirements and goals. Your expertise will significantly impact their functional outcomes and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) with an emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Current, valid License to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions on your licensing record.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques that are crucial for effective patient treatment.
• Experience with electronic medical record software, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting, highlighting familiarity with various orthopedic conditions.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing specific exercise programs for patients.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary for this position ranges between USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
