Big League Movers is hiring a disciplined, driven inside sales producer for our Memphis office.

This is a full-time, in-office inbound call center sales role. You will handle incoming warm

High intent leads, work the phones, follow up with urgency, and turn opportunities into booked moves. This is a sales and closing seat, not customer service and not outside sales.

We are looking for someone who:

- has self-discipline

- shows up on time

- is confident on the phone

- likes being measured

- follows up hard

- wants to earn based on production

Think point guard in a fast-break offense. The ball is in your hands, pace matters, and every possession counts.

What you’ll do

- respond quickly to inbound leads

- talk with customers by phone and build quotes

- follow up consistently until the job is booked or clearly passed

- keep customer notes and pipeline activity clean

- stay organized and keep opportunities moving

- help turn incoming demand into booked revenue

Compensation

- $50,000 draw

- aggressive % performance bonus

- $100K+ opportunity for the right producer expected
