Outside Sales Representative | Philadelphia, PA

Our client, a nationally recognized automotive chemical distributor and the #1 distributor of a leading preventive maintenance product line in the United States, is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow dealership relationships across the Philadelphia territory.

This role is focused on building long-term partnerships with automotive dealership service departments by calling on service managers, service advisors, and fixed operations teams to drive ongoing product usage and account growth.

Compensation & Perks:

• Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential

• $90K–$100K+ expected Year 1 earnings

• Top performers earning $180K–$200K+ annually

• $500/month car allowance + gas and toll reimbursement

• Long-tenured, stable sales organization with high retention (10–15+ year reps)

Ideal Background:

• 1+ year of outside sales experience focused on cold calling / new business development

• Dealership experience highly preferred (Service Advisor, Service Manager, Fixed Ops)

• Territory / field sales experience (“road warrior” mentality)

• Automotive aftermarket, chemicals, parts, or B2B field sales experience is a strong plus

• Proven hunter mentality with ability to build and grow accounts in a defined territory

• Comfortable with high daily travel and face-to-face selling in the field
