Employee Relations Specialist: Trusted ER & Compliance

Sun Life U.S. is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to support HRBPs, leaders, and employees across the organization. You will triage inquiries, document case activity, support leave and accommodations, and help ensure timely, confidential handling of ER matters. Requirements include a BA or equivalent degree and 3–5 years in HR, strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, and proficiency with MS Office and HR systems.
