Onsite HR Generalist: Employee Relations & Recruiting

Air Distribution Limited is seeking an HR Generalist at our Grandview, Missouri headquarters. You will deliver core HR services, drive employee engagement, and ensure policy compliance while partnering with the Director of HR on complex matters. You will own full-cycle recruiting for the Grandview facility, manage leave and wage-and-hour processes, maintain records, and support onboarding/offboarding.
