When you join our team, you’ll receive: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance HSA or FSA accounts with match Retirement plan (403b) with match Tuition assistance & Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility Generous PTO and paid holidays Licensure supervision Company-issued iPhone & laptop Mileage reimbursement Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work or related human services field Active Ohio licensure (LISW, LPCC, or LMFT) Leadership experience in behavioral health or crisis services strongly preferred Strong clinical expertise in crisis intervention, family systems, and trauma-informed care Ability to lead with both strategy and empathy Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel across service counties to support your team Responsibilities Provide strong clinical and administrative supervision to a team of therapists and crisis responders Coach, train, and develop staff to deliver high-quality, family-centered care Build and maintain strong partnerships with community providers, schools, and stakeholders Oversee program performance and outcomes, including productivity, quality metrics, and continuous improvement efforts Drive data-informed decision-making to improve services and expand impact Collaborate across Best Point programs to ensure continuity of care Work Environment The Community Based team provides community-based/in-home services that are headquartered in an office environment. Must be able to provide community-based/in-home services by operating own vehicle. Exposed to a combination of office, school and mental health treatment environments. Exposed to children with behavior problems. May be exposed to shouting and children who are upset. Physical Demands Use hands to manipulate, handle, feel, and control items or equipment; Talk to other employees/clients and hear them; See and be able to read, write, and interpret written documents; Occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
