Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Retail Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support an ongoing ERP implementation focused on SAP Retail merchandising.
The consultant will lead change management activities, assess business impacts, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and drive training, communications, and business readiness. The ideal candidate must have direct experience leading OCM activities for SAP Retail merchandising implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end organizational change management activities for SAP Retail merchandising implementations.
Conduct change impact assessments to identify changes to business processes, roles, and workflows.
Work with business stakeholders and project teams to align change strategies and readiness plans.
Develop and coordinate stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans.
Drive business readiness activities to support successful deployment and go-live.
Support merchandising processes, including assortment management, pricing, replenishment, article master, and site master.
Take ownership of OCM deliverables and quickly integrate into an active implementation.
Track change readiness, stakeholder adoption, training completion, and related risks.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as an OCM Lead on SAP Retail merchandising implementations.
Direct exposure to SAP Retail merchandising processes, including:
Assortment management
Pricing
Replenishment
Article master
Site master
Experience leading multiple end-to-end ERP implementation cycles.
Strong expertise in change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables in an active project environment.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Work Arrangement
Remote engagement.
EST or CST time-zone availability preferred.
Immediate availability preferred.
Important Candidate Requirement
Retail industry experience alone is not sufficient. Candidates must demonstrate direct SAP Retail merchandising implementation experience and a track record of leading OCM deliverables.
