If you’re passionate about maintenance excellence and leadership, we’d love to have you on our team.What You Bring: (Requirements)We are seeking candidates who have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellent service:Experience: 3-5 years in apartment maintenance, with a proven track record of supervisory responsibilities.Certification: EPA Certification Type I and II.Leadership: Skilled in mentoring and developing team members while ensuring compliance with local regulations through regular inspections.Organization: Ability to collaborate with the Property Manager to establish goals, meet deadlines, and maintain operational excellence.Technical Expertise: Knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.Budget Management: Proficient in purchasing supplies, scheduling vendor services, and adhering to budget guidelines using established procedures.Adaptability: Flexible and open-minded, ready to adjust to the community’s changing needs.Valid Driver’s LicenseWhat You’ll Do: (Responsibilities)The Service Manager reports directly to the Property Manager and ensures that the property and apartment homes meet Emerge Living's standards.
