Pay Range: $80,000 - $250,000 yearly

Compensation:

$80,000 - $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they understand each step and feel confident in their decisions.

• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure timely and efficient loan closings, enhancing client satisfaction.

• Analyze client financials to determine the best mortgage options, providing clear and actionable advice.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information.

• Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand your network within the community.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring transparency and clarity in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in mortgage loan origination, with a proven track record of successful loan closings.

• Ability to guide clients through the mortgage process, ensuring clarity and confidence at every step.

• Strong analytical skills to assess client financials and recommend optimal mortgage solutions.

• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.

• Familiarity with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information.

• Effective communication skills to ensure transparency and clarity in all client and team interactions.

• Experience in utilizing marketing strategies to attract and expand the client network within the community.

• Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License

• Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
