Adjunct / Part-Time Faculty; School of Nursing Finalist will be subject to a criminal background check, drug screen and will be required to provide an official transcript(s). Qualifications Faculty teaching undergraduate courses: doctorate or master’s degree in the teaching discipline or master’s degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline. Faculty teaching graduate courses: earned doctorate / terminal degree in the teaching discipline or a related discipline. UNC Charlotte gives primary consideration to the highest earned degree in the discipline. Professional licensure and certifications: Unencumbered NC registered nursing license or a compact state license.
