About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership, oversee financial and operations management, and lead a team dedicated to exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing 3-to-5-year growth plans, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in senior executive management, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As the CEO, you will be the key driver of the company's vision and growth, with a focus on opening new locations, scaling operations, and preparing the organization for potential partnerships. You will also be tasked with managing the company's financial performance, including P&L mastery, budgeting, and process optimization to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in a senior executive role, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Experience in the dental field, a history of driving organizational growth and innovation, and familiarity with corporate governance and board relations are also highly valued. The role involves executive oversight, including the supervision of key leaders and the development of a recruitment strategy for both administrative and clinical staff.
