Legal Assistant (Part-Time)

A small law firm in the valley is looking to bring on a part time Legal Assistant who will be handling probate, wills, and estate litigation matters. We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Legal Assistant who thrives in a professional environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. This is a part-time, onsite position in a quiet office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and transcriptions with a high level of accuracy.
• Handle state e-filing, proof of service, and court-related filings.
• Assist attorneys with discovery, trial preparation, and case management.
• Perform light Excel work and administrative support tasks.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in all client and case documentation.

Qualifications: Probate experience preferred; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
