This onsite position is situated in our state-of-the-art surgical center designed to facilitate a wide array of advanced interventional procedures and patient care activities. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patients experiencing pain to understand their medical history and pain-related conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, physical therapists, and nurses to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform various procedures such as injections, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulators, and other minimally invasive procedures aimed at alleviating patient suffering.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical outcomes and patient feedback.
• Educate patients and their families regarding pain management strategies, medication compliance, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall wellbeing.
• Ensure that all patient records are meticulously maintained, adhering to regulatory standards and clinic protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physician Assistant at Grand Access Medical Clinic, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population suffering from chronic pain conditions, including post-operative pain, neuropathic pain, and musculoskeletal disorders. Our comprehensive approach recognizes that pain is subjective, and we strive to provide a range of therapeutic options tailored to each individual’s needs and lifestyle. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant from a recognized national certifying body (ANCC, AANP, etc.).
• Master's degree is required.
• Possession of, or eligibility for, full prescriptive authority and DEA registration in the state of Nevada.
• Prior experience in pain management, nursing, or a related clinical area is highly regarded.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in pain management protocols and procedures, with a proactive approach to patient care.
• Experience working in a surgical or interventional pain management center is a plus.
• A strong familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
