Healthcare Account Manager (Staffing)

Job Description

HonorVet Technologies is seeking a full-time Healthcare Account Manager to support healthcare client relationships, recruitment delivery, business development, and account growth. This role requires strong client-facing skills, healthcare staffing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Account Planning

\n

\n
• Establish and maintain key MSP/VMS client relationships to support recruiting goals, offers, and hires.
\n
• Develop account plans covering client relationships, requisition flow, recruiting opportunities, and revenue potential.
\n
• Track client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
\n

\n

Business Development

\n

\n
• Build and manage a portfolio of healthcare client accounts.
\n
• Schedule weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly client meetings as required.
\n
• Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
\n
• Represent the company during client meetings, conferences, networking events, and business discussions.
\n

Client Delivery

\n

\n
• Oversee the recruitment life cycle for specialized healthcare roles.
\n
• Work closely with delivery teams to align submissions with client requirements.
\n
• Review, analyze, and submit qualified healthcare professional profiles.
\n
• Ensure service excellence and timely follow-up with clients and candidates.
\n

Negotiation and Onboarding

\n

\n
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and clients to support smooth onboarding.
\n
• Assist with rate or salary negotiations as needed.
\n
• Ensure clear communication between candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
\n

\n

\n

Communication

\n

\n
• Maintain regular status updates and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
\n
• Ensure timely, professional, and consistent communication.
\n
• Support internal coordination to meet client expectations.
\n

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 1-2 years of experience in account management, business development, or client services within staffing; healthcare staffing experience is strongly preferred.
\n
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships, developing business, or growing accounts.
\n
• Understanding of the U.S. healthcare staffing market and recruitment process.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
