Outlet Receiving Associate - Park Lane

Summary The Receiving Associate processes inbound and outbound merchandise and supplies while maintaining organized, safe, and efficient stockroom operations. The role also supports the selling team in providing a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Receive, sort, unpack, prepare, and dispatch merchandise and supplies according to company standards. Ensure merchandise is floor-ready, tagged, and ticketed; process price changes, damages, salvages, and job outs. Receive and record trailer deliveries, maximize stockroom space, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow operational procedures for access control, merchandise protection, risk management, receiving, processing, and fine jewelry. Support selling team members as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse customers and peers. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals. Comfortable navigating computers and multiple technology devices. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
