Accounting / Billing Specialist (Law Firm) – Uniondale, New York

Job duties:
Work in-office in Uniondale.
In this role, you will support the firm’s billing operations by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant invoice processing.
Required:
- Recent accounting and/or billing experience at a law firm
You should know some of the following:
- Billing processes
- Invoice formatting
- Timekeeper allocations
- Paperless billing workflows
- Electronic billing platforms
- Client/matter setup
- Time entry troubleshooting
