- Receive, categorize, and route legal correspondence, subpoenas, records requests, scanned documents, and other legal materials for review by authorized legal personnel.
- Track contract deadlines, court dates, renewal schedules, regulatory filing deadlines, response deadlines, and legal obligations using shared calendars and task management tools.
- Coordinate internal reviews, signature collection processes, approval workflows, and document routing for legal and executive review.
- Schedule meetings and maintain communication logs with outside counsel, legal advisors, consultants, clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Assist with client intake coordination, document collection, and preparation of intake materials for legal review.

- Support contract review processes by identifying missing information, summarizing key provisions, and flagging items for attorney or leadership review.
