Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients by utilizing standardized tools and frameworks, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to formulate an individualized treatment plan that is culturally sensitive and aligned with the specific needs of the client.

  Continually monitor and evaluate client progress, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies designed to support and improve mental health outcomes.

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and clinical information using advanced electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with state regulations and internal protocols.

  Collaborate with clients and their families to create comprehensive treatment plans aimed at achieving agreed-upon therapeutic outcomes, taking special care to address unique needs and preferences.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
