Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Heartland Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance and up-to-date records of patient interactions and treatment progress.

• Engaging in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, allowing for a coordinated approach to patient care that enhances treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n
