Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations using standardized tools, including the DSM criteria, to accurately diagnose and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

  Regularly monitor patient progress towards treatment goals, employing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to address mental health diagnoses effectively.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

  Possession of a current LCSW license in the State of California.

  Two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, emphasizing mental health counseling.

  Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role, including mobility in various settings and lifting up to twenty-five pounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in outpatient mental health settings and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred. Additional training in trauma-informed care or experience working with specific populations, such as youth or the elderly, would be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
