Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans in accordance with organizational standards, ensuring clarity and compliance.

• Offer high-quality customer service, liaising with clients and working closely with an interdisciplinary team to advance our community-focused mission.

• Engage in creative therapeutic interventions to help clients set and achieve meaningful personal goals.

• Maintain a full caseload, with a minimum expectation of 25 client-facing sessions weekly, allowing for a structured yet flexible work schedule.

• Coordinate care with case managers, medical professionals, and school personnel, fostering an integrative support system for clients.

• Actively participate in training and clinical meetings to ensure ongoing professional development and alignment with organizational values.

• Conduct community outreach efforts to establish connections and expand our services in the local area.

• Respond promptly and professionally to communications from the Clinical Director, ensuring alignment and support for operational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents facing various challenges, including emotional, behavioral, and situational difficulties. Your expertise will help create a safe environment for them to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies, ultimately enhancing their educational experience and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Current, independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a prerequisite for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
