• Engage in collaborative case consultations to discuss client progress and address any arising challenges, both in person and via phone.

• Participate in regular audits and quality assurance initiatives to maintain compliance with agency policies and funding requirements.

• Plan and coordinate recruitment events for trainees, engaging diverse perspectives to enrich the educational experience.

• Actively monitor intern caseloads and provide supervision to guarantee quality care and positive client outcomes.

• Ensure a clean and safe work environment, promptly reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker role ranges from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
