Pixie has close to 20 years experience in IT staffing in the US and Europe, mainly providing freelance experts on SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure and Web. After doubling the size of our teams in the past two years, we aim to continue on this path by recruiting a Full sales cycle Business Manager to strengthen our Dallas team and support the development of the US market. In this position your responsibilities will be, prospecting, building, developing and managing your own client portfolio , you will also qualify, recruit and follow-up with your freelance consultants (70% sales / 30% recruitment) What Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like 1st professional experience or 1 year experience in business development or sales role You are passionate about prospecting and cold calling Results and target-driven Why You Should Join Us?
