Fraud & Dispute Associate Location: Onsite Omaha, NE Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $21/hour Openings: 10+ Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Fraud & Dispute Associates to support card portfolio chargeback programs (debit, credit, and prepaid). In this role, you will investigate claims, analyze dispute scenarios, and determine the most effective resolution path while ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements. This role plays a critical part in protecting clients and their customers by identifying potential fraud and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities Investigate, evaluate, and process disputes and chargebacks Contact cardholders to gather information and assess potential fraudulent activity Analyze multiple dispute scenarios and determine the best resolution path Monitor systems to identify suspicious card activity Provide excellent service through inbound and outbound communication with clients and cardholders Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client-specific guidelines Accurately document case details, including cardholder, transaction, and claim information Track and manage cases within required timeframes Respond to internal and external inquiries related to dispute processing, claim status, and system functionality Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 0–2 years of experience in financial services, customer service, or related field (or equivalent military experience) Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Regulation E and Regulation Z Familiarity with Visa and/or Mastercard operating regulations Experience with electronic funds transfer (EFT) Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) Typing speed of at least 40 WPM Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Additional Information Full-time, first-shift schedule (Monday–Friday) Hourly compensation: $21/hour Opportunity to gain experience in fraud prevention and financial operations Benefits Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Vision Plan Health Savings Account Health Flexible Spending Account Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance Business Travel Insurance 401(k), Plus Match Weekly Pay #J-18808-Ljbffr ManpowerGroup Global, Inc.
