Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring the creation of personalized treatment plans for each individual.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services through secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platforms, accommodating various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Work closely with clients to set attainable therapeutic goals and provide consistent support and guidance throughout their treatment journey, adjusting approaches as needed based on client feedback and progress.

• Document all therapy sessions and client interactions meticulously, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards while contributing to client progress reports.

• Participate in regular team meetings to share experiences and strategies while further enhancing your own skills through feedback and collaboration with fellow therapists.

Qualifications\n
