Support Service Representative

Senior PsychCare has an immediate need for a Support Service/Documentation Specialist

The Support Service Representative is an Entry Level position that works within the Patient Intake Department and is primarily responsible for assisting the clinicians and clients by maintaining and uploading HIPPA protected information.

B ASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scanning documents into electronic format or filing paper documents into storage systems
• Maintains patient care database by entering new information as it becomes available
• Entering data into computer databases and maintaining records of stored files
• Reviewing documents for accuracy and ensuring they are ready to be uploaded
• Contacting clients to determine whether additional information is needed
• Maintaining security of confidential information by following data security procedures
• Monitor customer complaints and or concerns and direct to the correct department
• Collate and disperse incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain office supply inventory
• Stock all printing devices daily

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent plus two years comparable office experience required
• PC desktop proficiency required
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work as a member of a team
