Factoring/AR/Reconciliation Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and reconcile weekly funding, A/R, invoice, and reserve reports.
Build and validate Excel/CSV files and perform accurate financial data entry.
Process ACH and wire transactions according to banking deadlines.
Generate A/R aging and subsidiary reports and reconcile payroll/invoicing with accounting records.
Research and resolve financial discrepancies and exceptions.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and meet daily/weekly deadlines.
Work closely with Relationship Managers and internal teams to resolve issues.
Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements.
Requirements
Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
Strong Excel skills and ability to work with multiple datasets/systems.
Understanding of A/R, A/P, payroll taxes, and/or cash posting .
Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Factoring, payroll processing, financial operations, reconciliation, or exception-management experience is a plus.
